i have booked my travels with you to aurangabad from mumbai in june 1 from redbus app. your both the contact numbers are switched off and i cant find way to know the bus information. your office numbers dont get answered.. you dont repsond to the queries of passenger before boarding. you also dont send any sms regarding bus number or driver number like other service providers e.g. NT, Humsafar.

We are taking utmost care to provide free pickup and dropping facility on courtesy basis to and fro from Ichalkaranji, Jaysingpur, Miraj, Sangli, Islampur to Peth naka at Hotel Mani Kandan. However, online booking passengers should get the confirmation of availability of it on their Journey day by contacting to the Nearest Agent . It is a free facility provided for courtesy basis for convenience of customer hence its cancelled due to any unavoidable reason, management is not liable to pay any refund for that.
