DÉVERROUILLER UN VÉLO

Dans l’application, localiser la station qui se trouve à proximité et sélectionner le
numéro du vélo que vous souhaitez utiliser.
Libérer la chaîne entre le vélo et la station.

RENDRE LE VÉLO

Votre trajet est terminé, il vous suffit d’insérer la chaîne présente sur la station dans la serrure du vélo. L’écran confirme le rendu. La location s’arrête.

EN CAS DE STATION PLEINE

Il est toujours possible de rendre son vélo même lorsqu’une station est pleine.
L’utilisateur peut en effet attacher son vélo libre-service à un autre vélo déjà en borne (système Caddie) ou bien sur du mobilier urbain au sein d’une zone
prédéfinie appelée station éphémère (événement, concert...) repérable sur la
carte dans l’application.
Il est tout à fait possible de faire des arrêts-minutes en toute sérénité grâce à la chaîne d’encours présente sur chaque vélos (cette option ne met pas fin à la location)
Toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement d’une location sont
notifiées sur les vélos (plan des stations, tarifs, démarches d’inscription et
instructions de location) ainsi que sur la signalétique des stations
