Expérience catastrophique. Le système pour déverrouiller les velos est incompréhensible et dysfonctionnel : il nous a fallu plus de 20 min pour en déverrouiller 2. Ceux que ns avons tenté de déverrouiller en vain nous ont tout de même été facturés !! Une fois arrivés à la borne, il n'y avait plus de place pour garer les vélos alors que l'appli n'indiquait nul part qu'elle serait pleine Le numéro d'assistance ne répondait pas et on a dû retourner en arrière pr atteindre 1 autre borne (+20min)
