Multiple failures logging in to the "pump" and no way to activate ecotrocity chargers i have seen without using this app. Really poor implementation by ecotricity and their app developer. Surely adding a credit card scanner to the chargers would be simplicity. After all, the othera charge companies have done this

Terrible app, didn't let me charge my vehicle after several attempts, in the end just gave up thankfully didn't desperately need to charge the vehicle, just stopped for a coffee. Then a day later I got several Bill's from ecotricity £12 for each charge attempt. So I am now having to deal with these bills and I didn't even get to charge my vehicle. App never notified me that it would make these payments all it said was that it would charge me 30p per kWh which be calculated when finished charging.

Totally unresponsive. New android phone and I can install and log in but app unresponsive from then on. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with identical issue. It's always been glitchy but this is just awful. Cannot charge on their network at all now.

the app is fine its the disgraceful equipment(or lack of it on the service stations)not fit for purpose, ac chargers are poor or not working and very little ccs chargers at any station.

Haphazard! The fundamental problem with this app is one of mobile connectivity. Often, the app reports a connection error mid-charge and this sometimes prevents the user from stopping the charge and disconnecting. If this happens during the day customer services are helpful. If it happens at night you are left to your own devices. Time to scrap this approach and adopt the Instavolt model. Just turn up, tap your card, charge and go.

Ecotricity chargers don't work. Tried 4 separate ecotricity chargers at 3 separate service stations. None of them worked.
