Trash. Keeps freezing up. Slow and buggy. Defeats the whole purpose of an app.

Would not open when I entered my username and password, just kept searching in an endless loop. I can access my chart from browser just fine. Community health needs to have bugs fixed for Android version. I am using Android 6 on an older Motorola Moto G3 smart phone if that is important. Roger Petrie

Not very user friendly and it wont let me log in to the app because an update is available but wont let me update it

The doctor who consulted me felt rude and dismissive. She just told me to go see a doctor. I asked her for recs for a doc to see without having insurance and she told me to just go to the ER. It was rushed and cold. I feel like I just paid for a doctor to tell me I need to consult a doctor. I feel robbed.
