I very much dislike the new program it has you waiting on the phone the average of an hour to hour and a half each time you have to set an appointment

It's easy to mess up the scheduling of your ride if you're not paying close attention to the top of your screen and the time it sets your pick up and drop off. I've been scheduled for pick up at 3 am when it was supposed to be a 3pm pick up.

Once I learned I can request drivers so I actually get to my appointments on time, this app became really easy. Be sure to note the time you need to arrive by because the time it may take you personally to get there can be very different with another driver. I always put the time I need to check in at so I know I am on time.

How in heck does someone add a new destination to use in the app? This is sort of a major problem and would normally get a one star rating, but other functions are working well
