Refracto offers comprehensive eye services to treat all visual related problems. Refracto eye experts (ophthalmologists and optometrists) are the most trained individuals in the structure and function of the eye , treating all types of vision and eye conditions.

Scope :– Refracto app is communication between Patient and Patient support team at hospital to help patient to book doctor appointment for in-person visit and online consultation. Enquiry on medical tourism, General enquiries.

Login :- To use the app user should log in with valid credentials to avoid unauthorized users to access critical information OTP verification is mandatory to log into app. User can set the security after first time log in as per his requirement.
User can choose to instruct app always login until he explicitly logs out the app or we can give the provision the session time out provision.

View profile :– Name, doctor qualification, experience, achievements, languages, if any description available that will be shown

Book appointment :– Calender to choose the date, depending on date selection show the slots. This can be shown with in the app or navigate to new window or open new popup. Depending on technical limitation above UI can be modified.
Anytime user should be able to exit from on-going communication and start with new query/selection.
After appointment booking there will be email/SMS will go to user with appointment details. Any time user should be able to cancel or reschedule an appointment from app. while rescheduling/cancelling appointment need to take appointment ID/phone as mandatory. Upon successful cancellation/reschedule of an appointment email/SMS will be sent to user. Same slot shouldn’t be available for next patient to book an appointment after appointment confirmation.

Health checkup :- In health check-up selection, will show all available diagnostics packages. Upon package selection will show all the included services in the package and package amount. Patient can choose the package and option to select the date. For health packages also patient can choose to pay online or pay at center. Once package selection confirmed then will show test instruction to patient. Patient can anytime change his package selection.
