Edit: My a/c seems to have died tonight trying to get the house back to a normal temp post-Eco Mode. It's 87° INSIDE MY HOUSE and the a/c has been running for over an hour. Thanks so much for the savings, NV Energy! 🙄 Original: "Energy events" are a joke. If you don't override them and let it get up to 80° or 81° in your house, it will take you an hour or more to get it back to something tolerable. How do that AND the pre-cooling save energy?? This app is a nightmare.

In the past, I thought it was barely tolerable, how the "smart thermostat" system and this app operated despite adjusting, as if it had a mind of its own. Now I have the sinking feeling that this app has been coded by a complete sadist. All the one-star reviews are moreso on point. Between the "learning" your preferences and promptly forgetting them afterwards, the stupid "energy events", the sneaky eco mode, and the nonexistent password help, this app is total arse.
