Using BlueStacks

Just downloaded this and I can not even get it to load. In type in my email and password and it just gives me an error message unable to perform this action. I started the demo and it did the same thing. I will rate more accurately when I can actually use it.

The mobile app is useless in controlling the two thermostats in the building. I need to be able to make adjustments from wherever I am in the world. In order to make adjustments I need to access a computer and go through cumbersome steps to make changes. I don't always have access to a computer. I have spent a lot of time trying to use the mobile app and the computer access. The mobile app isn't useful and the computer access is too cumbersome to teach other people. It would be a waste of time for them. The app needs to take seconds to make adjustments to the building thermostats. Too bad the 'home ecobee app' isn't available for business. I'm considering uninstalling the two thermostats and installing NEST products which is what I use at home.

I have multiple ecobee 3 at home and two EMS at the office. The two aps are night and day. I don't understand it. no schedules and it takes mutiple screens which take forver to navigate thru just to change the temperature. I kept my Nests and I'm reinstalling. Im glad my electric company supplied these for free because they are nothinh short of junk.

Constantly forgets your password. No option to SAVE PASSWORD. (I mean come on, this is not online banking here).
