Having the robot for the first day. 1) I couldn't setup Scheduled Area Cleaning, because there is missing button to Confirm after chosing rooms on the map (EDIT: clicking top-left corner magically helps). 2) I miss "Favourites" section when I could configure predefined named setups (rooms, mopping/no mopping) to start cleaning in one click. 3) In case of single device added to app, the entry view (the one with "Enter smart cleaning") could be skipped.

Was great to start with. Now I can't even open the app or get into the vacuum to start cleaning process. Have done everything they recommend to connect to phone an WiFi again and does not help. Spent all this money on something I can't use. Don't very happy

3 Stars Only Because: 1. Cant Control RoboVac to Vacuum/Mop Certain Spots, Manual Control Needed please, Even the option we would be grateful for... 2. Does NOT UPDATE CURRENT MAP to include a cupboard (LARGE) or Even the Bathroom when doors are fully open & unobstructed, Yet WONT update the "Newly Found Area/ROOM". 3. My Flat has NO STAIRS, Yet it thinks it will fall when running over a slight bump between bathroom & hallway floor separation via a piece of laminate flooring under-door lip.

The most recent update makes connection to the robot much less reliable. Before the latest update I wasnt having any problems. Please fix the glitch.

The map disappeared after 1 week of usage. Tried to restore the map but without success, it keeps showing a new map which I did not create. It will be great if the map can be stored on the phone storage or even in the cloud and restore to the robot memory when it is lost for whatever reason. It saves time to recreate the map. Otherwise, it is a great robot that has kept my house clean. I really like the hardware. But the software, need room for major improvements. Hope to see better upgrades.

The vacuum is super, unfortunately the app is straight garbage. Have had it for a week and have had to remap my house 3x already. For some reason during it's cleaning process, it will create a ghost duplicate area and then get all confused and won't be able to find it's way back to the charging station. The only way to correct it is to delete map and remap the house again. Pretty annoying to say the least. Definitely wouldn't buy again.
