EatStreet works great for ordering from local restaurants. Orders are easy to place and delivered within a reasonable time for my area. It would be nice if you could place an order ahead before a location opens to be delivered later. Also being able to make multiple selections from different locations (a la carte) in one order would be cool.

I tried really hard to like eatstreet. Due to their origins and their ties to my area especially. Gave them a bunch of chances. Only food delivery app I've had an issue with 9 times out of 10. To their credit they handled the issues appropriately, but it was too frequent to deal with any longer. I won't get into all the issues on here, but after trying a competitor it's a night and day difference. Also one time they refused to let me cancel and forced me to accept 1.5 hour old food.

I'm updating my review to the lowest I can based on my list experience. I waited over 2 hours for an order that ultimately never got fulfilled, and the customer service both by eat street and the restaurant were abysmal. I'm going to avoid using this service going forward. I don't usually make a point of leaving bad reviews cuz people are always wick to do so, but with this experience it's totally warranted.

Adequate for ordering food, but sends endless spam push notifications. Doesn't provide the option to just disable these ads without also disabling the push notifications that are useful (order updates etc). Not worth it.

Easy to use and operate. Shows what places are open for delivery for your address. Checkout was fast and easy. 10/10 bruh. I'm so hungry. New to this food delivery stuff.
