Eats is a virtual marketplace Platform that connects hungry Eaters with third-party service providers, including local restaurants, other food preparation entities and independent delivery service providers. Eaters may order food through the Eats.mv App, to be delivered from particular Restaurants, including their authorized licensees and franchisees, or other purveyors of food in islands throughout the Maldives.

Eats is the first and only virtual platform open for Restaurants across the Maldives which fully covers all aspects of an online food court service with delivery, from the point where Eaters buy food from Restaurants to the point where the food is delivered to those Eaters. The platform is built to ensure both Eaters and Restaurants are well aware of all order status anytime anywhere.

# Eats is not a Restaurant or food preparation entity. The Restaurants available on our Platform operate independently of Eats. Eats provide a platform for these Restaurants to advertise their food and manage orders that are placed through the platform. #

# Eats is not a delivery company or a common carrier. Some deliveries are provided by Eats's network of independent delivery service providers. Eats provide a platform for exiting Restaurants and delivery partners, to manage their deliveries including their delivery staff. #
