This worked (most of the time) when installed on my Galaxy S9+. Ive recently changed to an S20+ and it won't let me get past the fingerprint/quick access code. It doesn't allow me the option to pair to the panel so now my alarm is obsolete until Eaton sort this out for use with the new phone models. Helpful.

For some reason I have to put my password in now instead of my 6 digit code was working fine until last week. Everytime I got to settings it logs me out 🤔

Since installing the alarm and app it has never worked consistently. Get the message disconnected!! Wonder if there is an issue with their server?

awkward to log in after the latest update. It oesn't remember your profile and you need to click 5 or 6 times before you get to swipe your finger....

Simple and to the point. What's not to love about a security app that has strong but easy secure access and an application that is as simple as click what you want? Recommended. Oh and the team supporting it is first rate as well,

I would give the app more stars if the alarm notifications worked as they did in previous versions of the app. I have set a different sound for alarm, sets, Tamper and System, however it always plays the default sounds of whatever is set as the default for notification of the phone, its means I can’t tell if it’s an email or an alarm going off. I have tried this on a Note 9 and a Huawei P20 pro and it makes no difference. Please fix this as its very annoying to have to look at the phone every time a notification comes in
