Bad service. My delivery order was confirmed and my credit card was charged. However, the order was cancelled by Eatigo at the very last minute. The customer service said that it was a system error. She later told me that Eatigo received a certain amount of limit for promotional price, so once the amount was reached the rest of the orders got cancelled. In that case, why did you receive those orders in the first place? You can just code the app to stop taking order after the amount was reached.

What a trash app. Paid for the food with delivery but the food still stucked in cart. Upon asking, it results as the order is abandomed with refunded. The same situation happened again while i did second time payment. (I didnt get refunded yet, will wait a few days to see what happen, my RM38 x2 still stucked in the transaction). The crucial point is it didnt inform the user whenever there is system error! Love this app previouly but now it is really sucks after came out with delivery system.

My wife and I recently booked a dinner at a 5 star hotel in Bangkok (The Peninsula Hotel) for a seafood dinner buffet at the River Cafe restaurant. Which we have done many times before. The booking was confirmed by Eatigo and we given a booking reference number. Also we received a follow up email from Eatigo and reminder on app (on the day of the booking) that the booking was coming up. When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed, with the gate pulled across the entrance. A polite security guard confirmed that the hotel was closed. We dressed up for the evening and had a 70 km round trip from our home in Samut Sakhon. The next day, I sent an email to eatigo customer services and received no reply. Then, a few days later, I left a review on Google play store which did receive a reply asking us to 'reach out to them', which we did. We included all relevant screenshots and received no reply. To say we are disappointed with the whole experience is an understatement. We were obviously annoyed at the complete waste of time, energy and costs of travelling, but took it in stride. We have previously had lots of positive experiences using the app. But to receive no acknowledgement to communications has just added insult to injury. Eatigo customer services, you should be ashamed of yourselves. If we do not receive a proper response to this post, we will be writing a formal letter of complaint directly to the Peninsula Hotel.

Had an issue with lalamove called up to cancel delivery, live chat Eatigo 15minutes to no avail, all agents refuse to response and not doing their job to solve my problem and no contact numbers, very BAD EXPERIENCE AGAIN!!!

Useless merchant restaurant. Once the cafe is open and they cancel your order straight away. Pity the lala move driver already reached the cafe to collect my cancelled order by the cafe. What's the point of keep on getting cancelled ordered.

Can't set location. GPS keep on giving the wrong house..
