I bought it just a week ago. When I used samsung A7, the display of the app was quite good. But I changed it to huawei mate 9.....the screen cannot show all the items such as the graph and the most important, camera..... And I cannot find any buttons that can change the setting.....

Using the app for two weeks. Experienced a lot troubles with connection to device, however it was possible from few attempts. But during last two days I was not able to connect at all. I reinstalled the app and now it is IMPOSSIBLE to login neither through Facebook nor by registering!!! The device indicator is red and it is totally useless. Please at least provide any troubleshooting instructions or support contacts on your official website.

The device looks great. The manual to set up the machine was helpful. Now that it's set up, the device has a blinking light and I can't figure out why. The servings aren't in cups: 1 is less than 1/4 cup and 2 is heaping. If it's going to be sold in the US, it should have some support available for this region as well.
