Takes forever to load, crashes frequently, hard to drop pins, why does the logo show a yellow cab?

Worst Cab service in Nepal with even worst customer service. Estimate showed about Rs 320 for my ride but the actual fare came to about Rs 530 almost the double of what was shown. Even the driver was surprised to see that fair. There was no point in arguing with the driver so I paid Rs 530. Later on I decide to contact the customer service but their phone is always switched off so I wrote them about my experience through their app and I never heard back from them. Avoid this company at any cost

We Use Smartphone application to receive ride requests and then sends these trip requests to their drivers. For users Easy Taxi Nepal is an on-demand car service that allows you to request drivers through applications for iPhone and android devices. The service utilizes dispatch software to send the nearest driver to your location. To passengers we are essentially synonymous with taxis and to drivers it’s basically a referral service. The android and iOS app connects riders with drivers using their phone’s GPS capabilities letting both parties know one another’s location and removing the question of when the ride will actually arrive.
