-- browse the recipes and select it into a favourites list

-- use and peruse the favourites list to cook the meals today or for the entire week, maybe.

-- delete from the favourites list, browse again and put new recipes into the list.

This app will give you tried and tested low carb recipes. They are easy to make, taste lovely and can be fantastic complements to any kind of meal that you want to make. Of course, if you you want, you can eat only the low carb food, and you will lose weight You must be the judge!
