I liked the app and the concept. I sometimes feel that the app does not show me all the discounted restaurants. Also clicking on buffet filter element in Lucknow yields no result, even though there are discount on buffets. Also for a few restaurants, the menu is an old menu, so we cannot be sure of the price of the restaurant. Overall, it has saved me decent amount of money.

The most terrible experience. Firstly the restaurant for which my booking was done was shut down. The hotel staff shifted me to another restaurant in the same hotel. The restaurant served buffet dinner to guests staying in the hotel. I was the odd one ordering ala carte. They were nit prepared for that. The restaurant refused to apply 15 % discount assured by easy diner. Also in the end , easy diner didn't apply 25 % discount it had assured. Finally I think I just wasted my time. Bye bye.

I've booked at restaurant day before app shows 25% discount. When we had our dinner next day at restraunt and call for bill.. I tried pay bill by using app but it fails... App ask to pay via particular debit or credit card .. what the hell is this...it shows card is not acceptable every time. It troubles alot. Finally we had to pay full payment . So plz check everyone u should have cards of ever type. I am going to delet this app.

One of the worst app with best deceiving promotions 1. Firstly finding offers which are suitable for dining of 2 to 3 people is very hard and offers which are shown are with respect to credit cards and when bill amount crosses more than Rs.4000 this app might be useful but due to huge amount of convenience fee added it is best to use Swiggy dineout or Zomato they don't charge such high convenience fee.

The app and the card discounts are good. However the restaurant discounts shown on the app (10-15% off) are often (more than half the time) not honored by the restaurant. That bit is disappointing. I have already highlighted 2 such incidents to Eazydiner support team by email.
