Use this app every week but doesn't work anymore. Haven't been able to book in advanced for the last few weeks. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app and signed out and in again but it makes no difference. Shame as I had been able to book taxis for the week ahead as soon as I got my work rota.

Awful! Have been trying for months to pre book taxis, sometimes even up to 9 hours in advance and I still get the error message saying booking cannot be made. It stops you from supporting local businesses.

Decided to support local business and installed the app and registered. Booked a taxi and literally 2 seconds later my booking was cancelled without any explanation. No phone call or email. So much for supporting local business.

Couldn't get a taxi on any other app for 2 hours eastside picked me up in 15 minutes. Taxi driver was awesome old school taxi driver who actually spoke English and knew where he was going. Legend.
