This app is a complete disappointment! After 20 days, still no refund for my canceled flight. Multiple emails and calls yielded nothing but frustration. They ignore you and put you on hold endlessly. Save your money and sanity—use any other trusted app or book directly with the airline. My advice: DO NOT trust these agents!

Refund system is very bad ! There is no system to calculate and to edit it is very difficult and the app is of low standards compared to makemytrip ! After Maldives controversy i actually felt I should start booking on easemytrip but I want to give a genuine feedback ! To compute with MakeMyTrip you need to develop this app a lot
