Update #2: HomeStation appears to be working with the app now, although setting a schedule was an exercise in frustration. Public charging has worked fine the last couple of times I've used it, big test will be a family road trip next month. Good news is that the devs seem to be very responsive to fixing issues!

Update June 2021: problems below from a year ago have all been fixed. New ones: 5. The app forgets the "coming soon" setting. 6. Clicking "back" doesn't work right -- it exits. Lots of improvements though, and thanks for updating Plugshare! Summary of original review May 2020: 1. Login times out too quickly: FIXED 2. Map location gets forgotten and resets back to Sacramento: FIXED 3. Location search is terrible: FIXED 4. Broken if declining Google Location permission (just GPS please): FIXED

It's ok. UI is good. My biggest issue is that the app will hang on initializing charging when the charger fails and then I can't use the app to start a charge any more at that charging station. It's a huge bug if you're trying to make the most of your pass+ membership by using the app.

Very nice customer service but the app and engineering is just awful. It works like 10% of the time, I always have to call customer service and get their help which adds like 30 minutes to my charging experience. You guys make EVs look bad.

Last 2 Weeks Will not initiate charge, there's no way to back out of the initiating screen, whicb is stupid because, what if there's an emergency? Needs more updates... And it's overpriced charging needs to go

I can't even create an account! Always says "something unexpected occurred, check your internet connection". Useless app.
