Used to been member for a year giving them 500rs! Seen Very downgrade staff also they don't know how to talk with customers!when we send them prescription there clearly mentioned only no of tablets! they Sent No Of pkts. When we complaint for it as managment denied to accept their fault! Thn after we complaint again to their MD Mr Yash Shah he approaches us and give us surety to come back us within as soon as earlier! In such a case no steps would be taken from him and still we face the problem.

Are we supposed to receive any confirmation message or anything? Apart from that only page which vanishes after you click the back button? There is no way to track the order I've placed, from the app. Why?
