This was a fantastic app until a few weeks ago when it started to hang when loading the menus. When it worked, I loved getting the ingredients list and the dish description so I could check for dietary restrictions. Now that this isn't loading the actual menus it's useless. I have complained twice and not gotten any response from support.

Tried to use this app when the kiosk was down at work. Setup was not easy, then my items did t scan. It couldn't find one item that I had scanned. Put food back and left. When I tried to load the app to look at it later, it just sits on the loading screen and goes no further. Definitely deleting.

The app was great, but the only issue that I found is that when looking at the menu there was none. The only text that would show is "Breakfast will be starting soon!" or something along those lines anyway.

Lures you with loyalty points, and just when you're 1 point away from a reward - they vanish. And "customer support" is literally non-existent. I messaged them twice about this and the messages aren't even marked as seen.

Barely works. I have to constantly open and close it because sometimes it will fail to load my cart, fail to load payment options, bug out and not show my menus, or just completely refuse to show me anything at all. I want to be able to open an app, order my food and go about my business. Why can every other food app accomplish this except this one?

Super clunky and slow. Every time I open the app it kicks me back to the home page and asks me to review my previous order. This happens at random intervals. I've lost an order with a lot of custom options to this. Also, can't take a screenshot because of security policy? Kidding me? The food is secret?
