The 3-way switch is pretty non intuitive to install. It took me and my handyman hours to figure it out which I had to contact their tech support for help. Thanks iotty! The switch every once in a while gets out of synch with the switch upstairs. I managed to fix it but restarting it. I just installed their new app on my Samsung. I like the old version because it's easier to use. I'm still looking to change WiFi settings in this new version.

App works well and the switches are awesome. One thing I cannot figure out is why can I not send a "backlight" command to a plate name instead of a switch? With U3 each switch gets a name and when sending a backlight command it needs me to select a switch name. It can cause a frustrating situation where the app will tell you you are creating a circular error (or whatever it says).

Very expensive non-functional SMART switch. The 3 prong switch I purchased is beautiful on the outside. But you can't call it a smart switch if the app doesn't work. The app can see the switch but it WILL NOT connect, "error sending wifi credentials". And yes I've checked and recheck my password. It appears the last update made more problems than it fixed. The switch works manually and the glass face plate is beautiful, but the back plate is poor quality.

App glitchy. For over a year now, things were going great. I have a high end router. The smart home all over my house has been awesome. In recent weeks, this app has been slow to respond or even load. I'll tap a switch and the app shows no response, but then the light turns on a couple min later. Iotty, please update your app.

The app takes several tries to sync to the devices. At times you need to fully disconnect and forgot the device you are trying to connect to if you are unsuccessful. App constantly tells you no internet connection when one is there which causes you to close the app and try again. The switches are extremely difficult to install based on their instructions and from what I can tell if they flicker at all once powered on, send it back right away as it will have a lot of trouble connecting to wifi.

Excellent App & Excellent product. After easily installing each of the switches I connected effortlessly to the app. The app allows control of my switches from where ever I am. No problems with crashes at all. The switches are elegant and look amazing at night with the subtle adjustable glow. I've replaced every switch in the house. Compliments do not stop every time someone visits. Thank you for an excellent product iotty!
