I have used this app almost every day since covid. And I can't say how thankful I am to Dunzo for their timely delivery and consistent service. Just one tiny feedback. Can you please add a function to allow customers to update their grocery or multi-item order even after placing it? It would be so helpful and it reduces your manpower deployment. Until the rider has not picked up the order, allow us to add or remove from the order. Saves time. This would be a win-win situation for all. Thank you

Delivery partner was awesome as always. But for the last three orders, in the span of past one month, the platform has always charged me more than one time. Still these people aren't able to fix their payment gateway. And today's support executive was a little more rude. Probably it has become the culture of this company now. 06/16/21 - this app is better now

The app has stopped working. It asks me to update when I open it, but as soon as I click on the update button it redirect to the app store that does not have an update. So the app is literally unusable. Written to grevience email with screen shots already but still no response and the issue persists. Update: The issue is still persisting.

I installed the app and entered my address. Despite trying multiple times I wasn't able to enter the delivery address and I was unable to confirm the order. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it didn't work. Indeed, a disgusting experience. After reading many app reviews I feel this app is full of glitches and their service is awful.

Mentioning as free delivery for short distance orders but indirectly charging in the name of Service charges And in restaurants sorting as Veg and Non veg is very useful. And also add more hotels and shops located in every area also useful for customers. Please remove service charges or packing charges and other hidden charges. Real Free Delivery for short distance is appreciated.

I have worst experience with this app.last week, I have ordered the products from this app and did not receive some of them. I had put a complaint, but they didn't reply aptly and after four days of complain, they replied that they are not going to refund me. Though this was their mistake but they didn't even feel acountable for that.
