Login stopped working and only solution was to uninstall and reinstall. I could log into website, but in app it hanged showing an orange/white cup that has little animation making you think it's doing something... There was no info on how to contact support. You shouldn't have to reinstall. Or there should have been an error message and suggestion of what to do next. After months of not being able to login, I am glad I tried reinstalling. Now I can access my rewards again.

Four major issues. App shows reward credits, but that figure keeps changing (without redeeming them, or making purchases). If you use app to credit an in-store purchase, but decline a paper receipt, then you do not get credit for the purchase. It's an app... Why do I need a paper receipt? Claiming multiple rewards is a joke. You have to manually access individual qr codes. FAIL. App is also not adding my number of visits to "stay boosted".

Gave 5 stars once, but now it seems to log me out ALL the time! Extremely frustrating! And then with how slow it is to open/come back up when I find out I have to sign back in, it's not ready by the time i get to the window to pay, so I don't get to use it. Wish there was a way to set it to never sign out. I have missed out on several opportunities for points. Would also be helpful to be able to enter info from a receipt for points if the app isn't going to work right consistently.

Too many times have I selected the store I want to order from and it goes to a different location. I always order from the same Dunkin and yet I've had my order placed at 3 different stores in my area. When I tap on the store I want, it needs to be the one that pops up, I'm tired of the app being glitchy. Also, when will my debit card be accepted again? The charge goes pending then cancelled as soon as I place an order for pick-up. I shouldn't have to fight with the app to pay you.

I used to love using this app for the convenience and great deals they used to offer. Now, this app is a headache and honestly a waste of space. It randomly logs me out. I am not able to make purchases through the app because it declines my cards. It crashes often. If something is unable and I used my points, my points are wasted since they don't have what I want (even more reason to just order in person). The offers are absolutely uninteresting now. Finally,the prices do not reflect the stores.

I hate the new points system though that takes forever to build up and requires so many points for specialty drinks. Also I feel cheated by those supposed monthly app only specials that have been declining in number every month. this month there's just one and it's left over from last month. otherwise you might have gotten 5 stars.
