It is disappointing as the app was better before. you could just order straight away. Now it says OTP sent to email. But the email does not come. also on the phone if you go to access the email to get the OTP the app exits and then you start over again. It should normally open the page to enter the OTP which it doesn't. Most apps send OTP to mobile phones which is very practical and fast.

I was a regular customer of dumpukht through zomato or talabat. First time i ordered from dum pukht app. First they dont have riders and want to run their app. I ordered at 11:30 am order arrived at 1pm and from haleem combo they only send nans, forgot to send haleem and drink. Imagine no haleem in the haleem combo. I immediately told them and they told me that i will receive in 20 mins. I called 18 times to receive the order. Since 1:20pm they were telling me that order is in my office building

Dum Pukht delivers to my location through Zomato, but my location does not appear as an option in the app! Useless
