i rode with a driver named Ali Gamal, i was going to a place called Webops, of course i couldn't set my location and neither could he because the app has no location library so you type the name of the destination and nth happens, so he cancelled the trip and told me to pay 100 egp for a trip that on uber is charged at 82, i arrived late too because he didn't even pick me up from home, he told me to come to him. I hope someone from the app contacts me cuz i don't like to be taken advantage of.

I have never experienced a bad experience like my experience with this company. I was obviously over charged, and yet they didn't believe the word of thier coustmier and they calm the problem is impossible to occurre. I urge people not to download this app and not to take any ride with them
