Can I give this App ZERO (0) stars? I had a MI-SOL unit working with my old BT hub and Samsung Galaxy S7 phone - even then it wasn't straght forward. No help from Mi-Sol or this app site. I've upgraded to a new BT hub with fibre halo,..and a Galaxy S10. All seems to have ended. I cannot connect through the App as it will not recognise the router. I've tried with Ambient App - at least thet recognises the router. But to no avail. I'm not happy as I now have a weather station that will not connect to the sites I had it on (Wunderground and Met Office.) Useless APP. But what do I do now please? Can you refund me the price of my weather station and get me one that works? I notice the low scores on here and no replies from you. People are not happy with this APP!

Such a poor ui. So incredibly hard to link my station to Wi-Fi, but the minute I did it on iOS, it worked instantly! Displays info incorrectly... my wind speed isn't 32,000kmh and it isn't minus 99°c... If I could give less than 0 stars I would.

Does not work! Does not display anything any longer. Have uninstalled, cleared all caches etc. But on registered device, it just shows refresh circle continuously. Tried WS view but that cannot find my device.

Was a good app. A pity it doesn't connect any more. WS View does, but this one doesn't.

1. I cannot persuade the app to connect. Its WiFi is visible on all of my devices. WIth the WiFi icon flashing, and connected to its network, it asks for a security code. I have entered both my router code, the one that came with the station, and every other that might be relevant. There is no indication which SSID is relevant to access or security code, or password. The app spends about 1.5 min "checking" for connection, then displays "Fail" Something is seriously wrong with the app. 2. There appears to be no way to get the WiFi symbol to flash, except to disconnct the power supply and battery; this results in total loss of settings.

Useless app. Cannot find my weather station. Have tried many many many many times on my tablet and on my phone. Keeps stopping. Every time I try I then have to input my router password --why can't this app keep password in memory? Have installed, uninstalled, deleted cache..still won't work.
