App is terrible right from the start. Difficulty figuring out how to register to be able to log in. Once I figured that part out I thought I was in the clear. But that was not the case. Completely unable to connect to grill via Bluetooth. Needs A TON OF WORK! Absolutely the worst!

Downloaded and installed app. Figured out registration. Went into app, selected add device. Select the only option for ptc grill. Shows it was connected. Blue light stays solid. Went back to device list to see how this works and the grill is not listed. Tried refreshing and still no luck. Also went back to see if I needed to reconnect but it wasn't listed there either. Wish someone could help fix / resolve this issue. Would really like to see this in action but since I can't, I am only giving 1 star. Would update if I can get it to work!!

Basic, simple app that, so far, is performing as it should. The layout and interface could be improved though. Plus, being bluetooth, there is a limitation to the connection distance. The setup and connection was really easy! I have only used it a couple of times, and it is nice to keep track of the temperature without needing to approach the grill.

I can't even use because the code is in a foreign language. Please help! Update they send ur code to the email you register mine went to spam.

Will not register tried multiple time now and still won't work

Very difficult to register as new user and all error messages are in chinese was able to finally get registered after many attempts and had to translate error text, after registered though app works well

About this app

Our PTC app connects your Precision Temperature Control digital pellet grill controller to your smartphone! This will allow you to easily set and monitor the pellet grill's cooking temperature, set alarms for reminders, and monitor the meat probe temperature.

To use the app, connect to the PTC controller via Bluetooth wireless technology from inside the app. Once the device is connected, you can set cooking temperatures or even create a cooking profile that will automate the entire cooking process. Please review to your grill's instruction manual for more specific operating instructions for this app.
