I've used for about 6 months, starting after getting my first Moderna vaccine and it worked very well. I was able to update my info with the driver's license renewal and the 2nd and booster doses. And then, in Dec 2021, it kicked me out, prompted me to enter my data, and then says it's invalid. Repeatedly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix it!

Works fine but needs better UI. Address change does not work. Will not accept utility bills nor do you have other options to proceed with. There's no FAQs section so you don't know what documents you would need for your errand before you make an appointment. You'd have to go directly to the CESCO and then the guard/receptionist will snap at you for not having an appointment and not knowing what documents you need before handing them to you.

The app used to worked splendidly until the last update. First it erased all my vaccine info, then my pin number is wrong. When trying to reset it accept the new pin but I received an error message. Is there a way to reinstall last version?

Pretty useless app. Couldn't log in for months, can't make appointments, can't pay fines, infact it doesn't even show them IN THE FINES SECTION. it's just an app. Fix It.

Not working. It keeps saying Renewal is disabled for license. Please fix

Not very intuitive, especially for elderly people that now are force to use it. Can't make appointments. No matter what you do, the small checkbox doesn't let you select it so you can continue to the next screen.
