I just downloaded this app for the first time. After it downloaded it asked me to enter username and password. But I don't have one set up yet, but I went and put info in and it said it didn't recognize them. If course not, because I have never set up an account before! It has no option to create an account for initial users! Have tried over and over. There's no menu or main screen with creating an account.

Down loaded it and get access to it tried several times so deleted it and went back to other apps that work
