Mehndi is one of the most traditional and joyful wedding ceremonies celebrated in Pakistan, India and many other Asian countries around the world. Also called ‘henna’ ceremony, this function involves a series of different events or ‘rasams’ in which the bride-to-be usually wears a green or a yellow dress, wears flower jewelry and sits around a gathering of family members with a leaf or a rupee note placed on her palm. Friends and relatives come and one by one apply a small amount of mehndi on the bride’s palm and wish her health and happiness for the rest of her life. Moreover, many different wedding songs are played and dances are performed on this event.

Since trends in fashion are rapidly changing day by day, it has become really difficult for girls to choose and decide what to wear in a mehndi function.
