Won't recommend the service or the app to anyone. They'll trick you into subscribing, topping your account and then will block the card. 6 months so far to solve the issue and it's not solved and just asking that I go to the nearest branch to sign a new contract "for no apparent reason" even knowing that the nearest branch is 500 KM away!! I'm cancelling it and will start a legal action against them.

Went to the nearest pickup point especially to pick up this card, and it took me almost 2 hours to get there, to find that the location on the lucky app for it's vendor is incorrect, so I had to walk 10 more minutes to a different vendor, just to find that they had Friday as a holiday. Then had to commute to a different vendor which took another 50 mins,just to find that the representative has left the place 2 hours early than the officially set time!!! Took 5 hours! And still didn't get it!!!!

very very bad experience my money has been on hold for more than a month for no reason and everytime I'm trying to contact the support there's no solution and nobody knows why It's on hold and my accounting isn't working that's for 7 weeks and when it's back on i just did like 5 transactions and decided to give them a second chance and charged my account with some more money to use it and guess what 😂😂 the card is not working everywhere and online or offline pos and their support fails again

App doesn't want to launch so I followed troubleshooting provided by the app and still not launching. How am I supposed to reach a customer service to fix the issue when chat service is only allowed while using the app?! And the call customer service is not working.. I need help!

Despite I didn't try the card yet, but it has very good facilities specially in adding funds through 14 banks' ATM machines as the application tells ... Only changing card PIN should be through the application, not only from the issuer bank ATM! Update : contacting with tech. support is really useless, they don't reply to the emails !!!! Update : I've already sent 2 emails since Oct 14, and you didn't reply !!!

the worst app ever , it takes your money and put on hold and say that there are a technical issue and it will take 3 days to solve it ,but actually no one will call you back and you have to follow up for more than 3 weeks to get it back ,and they use the chat to waste your time only ,if there are less than one start it will be perfect for this app
