As soon as my clothes arrive today im cancelling this app.. very unprofessional. bad customer service. no way to contact a real person. late drop offs. they will change your drop off time and wont say anything. the only way you will know is if they never show up, you pull up the app. i had a 7-10am drop off its now 11:44am and i opened my app to find Dryv/Launder changed my drop off time to 12-3pm. I had to take an unpaid day off of work so i can get my work clothes and reg laundry.. yall suck!!

Sent them my white shirts to be cleaned and pressed, and they came back colored a greyish-blue. Completely ruined my shirts and would not take responsibility.

Wow what a great service first of all that first time user discount and second of the convenience of just staying home and nothing with my life while my clothes get picked up and dropped at my doorsteps. It was like a requesting Uber for clothes plus the guy has a really cheesy which will make your day better

Fast and Reliable service! I had to get my clothes laundried but didn't have any time since I was running late to work so I scheduled a pickup and received the clothes once I got back from work. All properly washed and folded with timely service.
