About this app

Hepatox®, a bibliographical database which reviews drug-induced liver injury, was created in 1980 by Michel BIOUR (MD, PhD), and has been monthly updated in accordance with other usual bibliographical databases to the analysis of the references cited in the articles. All the published cases for selection and classification were re-evaluated in accordance with criterions usually validated in hepatology. 1479 drugs are registered with 19,691 corresponding references. We provide the number of references for each type of liver disorder and one selected reference for each drug.
