Совершенно бесполезно. Если бы кроме рейтинга и частоты упоминания в сети хоть что-то было - был бы толк. А так - действительно, разве что "хороший ли препарат" на уровне обывателя и не больше. Единица только потому, что ноль поставить нельзя
