My cat got very sick out of nowhere (coughing, sneezing, tired) and I stumbled across dr.tail, not really thinking I would actually get a response back or at least a very helpful one. They answered back fast and with multiple pieces of real advice. They recommended affordable products to help her get better, and she was feeling better within a few days. They also checked back up with me to see if my was feeling any better. I appreciate their level of care and service. Definitely recommend them!

Had the app for a short while and was contacted to do an interview over zoom to ask about my opinion on the app. I schedule the interview and was reminded by text about it a few times, and still no one showed up to the interview. I waited in the zoom for over half an hour. Not sure what happened, but I haven't received any responses regarding it.

I sent a message to the vets online on their website. I included lots of details and lots of photos. I was then instructed to download the app to receive a faster response. Considering the fact that I was running on very limited time, my baby was very ill and I wasn't sure what was wrong with him at the time or if he was even going to live at this point cuz I had no clue what was wrong. I downloaded the app! All the while to never ever receive a response back in return, in over a week!!

I thought that this was going to be another app that would be a waste of my time . I was incredibly wrong! I had a small emergency and didn't know what I should do when my fur baby went into labor. They answered me within a very reasonable amount of time and was very helpful! I would give this app 50 stars if possible!!! Definitely recommend this app to anyone !

The app claims that a vet will get back to you within 72 hours. I submitted a question on October 3rd, it is now October 25th. None of the vets in my small town were able to see my pet and the emergency vet doesn't know how to work with exotic animals like reptiles, birds, and hamsters, so I reached out to this app to see what I could do to try and help her, but she passed away after a couple of days. I can't even update my question or remove it to say I no longer need their help.

I was skeptical when I first stumbled across this app online, but imagine my surprise when I received an answer for free! In 10 hours as well! I recommend this app if you are looking for advice on a minor issue/concern. Still, be prepared if you need to take your pet to the vet. The amount a person can help through a virtual screen is limited (eg. life-threating situations). Keep in mind that responses will take time, and answers vary depending on the details you give about your pet.
