As others have said, this app has problems with Android phones. I cannot unlock the bikes, no matter how I play around with Bluetooth settings. Very frustrating Purchased a day pass and could not use. Did get a refund after contacting customer service.

The app is a waste of time. Spent half-hour just trying to unlock 2 bikes. It ended up unlocking another bike altogether. Eventually got one to work after 35 minutes. Had a worst time returning them. Never could reach customer service by phone and forget email. Don't waste your time with the app or the bikes Pedal-assist was pretty bad. The bikes just take off and have no speed control whatsoever. These people are wasting there time and ours. Don't believe it give it a try.

It needs a lot of work with Android. Can't get it to unlock the bike, except for one time. I keep fiddling with cache to yet to get it to work. They need to work out the Android bugs.

Generally the app works well. Kill it while you're riding around or it'll use a lot of data and CPU. Love the bikes and service in general.
