Just when I thought that I dound a reliable transportation app (because Tcat is the worst) this happened... I was in a hurry to a lecture, and I chose to walk in a longer path to take the bike. But a few seconds before I reached it, the bike disappeared from the map. I tried scanning the barcode but it said that the bike isn't available (and it still has plenty of battery!) Also they don't a reserve option like Lime or Bird

Bikes won't unlock for me after I purchased the day pass and I have been using it for work and I have no way to get there now until the app is fixed
