Booked a Cab to Dindigul from Chennai.We got the vehicle before scheduled time. The driver is very polite and patient. He guided us so nicely during our trip and did not expect anything from us. We are really very happy with their services. Customer support is very friendly and they value for customer satisfaction. Value for money and will give 5 star rating.

I booked Innova/Xylo for Chennai airport to Puducherry and then because it was so good Puducherry to Chennai airport again. Pros** Hassle free booking process. Easy app interface. Call centre is very responsive . Cars are in great shape with AC Comparing to any other option (through hotel/travels) hire me will save you 1000bucks. Cons*none PS- it takes some time to assign driver(definitely 4hrs before start of journey) but if you call customer care they expedite the process.

This is very much disappointed,, I booked first time in my life and when I was booked that time total fare along with driver and state tax from vellore to pondicherry it's 2500 but driver said at the time of drop he took 300 extra bag charges and 100 rupee for approachment charges I will never ever in my life to prefer hiretaxi and spread this msg to all my related friends family also Very bad experience hireme taxi Driver was talk to some local name me as head office and they speak me

Dont prefer this app as this will not ensure your booking and you can't commit anything by booking in this. They will collapse your plan at last minute.
