The e-scooter prices are good but the app has a terrible UI. There's no filtering by e-scooters or bicycles, so you have to zoom in really close to find out which is which. The app also hasn't improved one bit in a whole year. Additionally, the scooters are often located in random places with no instructions on how to find them, which is often impossible as you basically have to go on a quest. All this seems so simple to fix, it's mindboggling why nothing is being done to improve the service.

App says that 3 of 4 scooters in rack are not available for unknown reason (look charged and working), last one is available, but discharged because charger plug for it is for other model. Overall condotion of scooters is poor. Id processing takes a long time.

ID approval takes a lot of time. You need to return bike to the same place, otherwise fees are incredible (10eur/km at the seaside). The location in the app is not accurate. Once rented, 100 eur is frozen in the account and remains frozen for ages. Not convenient at all.

Multiple features missing (such as battery level), scooters are not maintained at all - horrible condition. Customer service still has not responded for over a month now. Brilliant!
