The idea of the app is great when it works like it should. My points for several purchases over the last month never posted. You never get to communicate with an actual person, you have to submit a request. You don't get to explain what you want, you just fill in 2 automated section's, only for someone to email you back with an answer that doesn't really help, and then you can't respond to the email. So then you have to start all over again!!! Sucjs because it was working so nice initially.

Contantly freezes up. Have not been able to use it. I have to leave app and then sign back in every few seconds. So not useful

This app was really great fours years ago. Rewards started at $5, you could pick 5 places to shop from instore, didn't have to think about it. You would just use your card and buy anything from the store and you would get your points unlike other apps where you'd have to buy a certain item in order to get points. Now the five places to shop from are gone. You only have the option to pick one and it only last for 30 days or so. But you can still get rewards its just harder now.

My experience with Drop has been extremely rewarding. It is very user friendly with simple easy to read instructions to shop, and earn points. I recently had an issue with redeeming a gift card, to which the customer service agent was able to respond quickly with updates on my issue and provided me with the the next steps. Within 2 hours, I received my gift card. Would definitely recommend new users to Drop.

Unlinked my cards about a year ago and didn't tell me they did so I hadn't been able to gain points in that time and told me I can't redeem lower tier gift cards for the time being because of inactivity because my cards weren't being used. Update: Even after re-linking it again dropped it with out telling me so I haven't been gaining points. Absolute garbage app.

So this app used to be really good and enjoyable to use. But now it's nearly impossible to earn points, I really liked when they used to allow you to link grocery stores and places I actually shopped to my card. I thought I was earning points every time I shopped at those places but that's not the case anymore. Oh, and rewards now start at $75 so with them making it harder to earn points I'll probably no longer be using the app.
