This app was working well. I was using samsung galaxy before without any problem with background app running. But now using Android Color OS and app stops running in a background after some time. I think this is problem with my android OS. The app can add more features like notify when someone arm or disarm system from keypad or remote. It is only showing event log from app, not from the panel.

Absolutely brilliant app! Great developers who I have spoken to and are very friendly and straight onto everything. Was a minor issue with one of my new phones which has a bigger screen and wasn't supported and was fixed within a few weeks if not sooner. A+++

Absolutely a scam. You buy Australian product only to be cheated into buying an overly priced app that is featureless when compared to others. So disappointed that Ness did not make it clear you would have to spend a further $20 for each family member to utlise the app for their alarm. I had Risco before and their app is full of features and free service. Think twice about buying Ness and definitely stay away from this app if you are wanting more then turning on / off your alarm. EDIT: my response to below developer response. Each family member have their own google account, there is no option to nominate family members. Your response is inaccurate and misleading to the readers. Also seeking a refund is not optional because there are no alternatives. Ness only allow you guys and promote you guys to provide an app. You guys are exclusive to Ness doing their products so you are effectively one of the same.

Expensive for just a basic app. The developers are part of Ness (they do all their work) so why not offer it as part of the alarm purchase? All other alarm providers do. Pretty much a lot of items you buy today come with an app...free. shame on an Aussie co ripping us off. No more Ness for.My.home and my.businesses.

Highly recommend this app, running flawlessly monitoring my 16 Zone Panel via wifi and the mobile network. Arm/ Disarm and control Aux outputs without delay. Support is also excellent with very quick reply even on a late Saturday night.
