App worked fine until the control panel has to be replaced, now the 'total savings' part is not working. Additionally my historical data from the previous panel 'can't' be imported to the new one! Hundreds of pounds for this overpriced heater and the hardware and software are utterly useless. Both failing in less than two months. NOT HAPPY!!!

Terrible app on android. Only seems to work on iPhone. Which neither of us have. Keeps telling me there's been an unexpected error or my internet connection is gone. Doesn't let me do anything! May as well have bought the Kyros range and saved money!!

Absolute rubbish, nothing about this app is easy to use, set up costs but doesn't work, had to reset the router now won't connect at all, if these rads weren't so expensive I would have thrown them out of the window

Do not waste your money on this heater. The screen keeps freezing so that the heater is effectively useless. Rointe are aware of the issue and it seems unable to fix. This version of the app is poor and waste of time. You can't change the screen colour (as advertised) and the cost / consumption pages do nothing . I give it one star because the heater looks good ... look at other makes.

It doesn't work. I am trying to set up a new rointe d series installation and when I try to create an account it says 'there is a problem with your internet connection' and when I try to use the app I keep getting 'unexpected error' errors. Such poor quality, and I see from the other reviews on here that it appears to be an issue with the latest version of the app - Rointe, do you not test your software?

The V2 app is much more visually appealing then then the original app. it also allows you to control the heat for a zone of multiple rooms from one control which the previous version did not. I am currently not getting usage data from the heaters and had emailed the help desk who replied fairly quickly and said there is a new software version for the rads which should fix this when it is released so I shall wait and see. For the time being I am enjoying being able to turn the heaters on and off without having to be in the same room and being able to turn the heating on before leaving work. it is also infinitely easier to set up a program from either the app or the desktop version then sitting fiddling around with the buttons on the heater.
