Medical Digital Ray Personal Healthcare Record (PHR), he is Healthcare Record that can be used by any patient to record and store its medical measures such as the blood pressure measures, the blood glucose measures and to store also the measures of its vital signs.
The Personal Healthcare Record keeps the history of the registered measures in order to allow the patient to track and supervise its medical history online, anywhere and anytime.
For patients who are registered in DR Clinical information system, PHR provides a complete summary of previous prescriptions, laboratory test results and radiology reports and gives the possibility to book new appointment to a specific doctor, date and time.
PHR consists of 7 crucial parts:
1- Home: The PHR home page provides reports that allow patient to supervise her/his Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Heart rate and Temperature.
2- Registration: In order to use the PHR system, patient shall register and providing her/his personal information data.
3- Vital Signs: In this page, patient is able to enter, edit or monitor her/his vital signs (Blood Pressure,
Blood Glucose, Heart rate and Temperature).
4-Appointement: The patient can book new appointment and view its previous appointment.
