This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Neon Blue Icons Pack - ADW GO on PC Windows and Mac.

I love how many icons come in this package, but I do agree with the comment that they look too dark. Also I am having the freezing issue as well when I attempt to apply them.

I use go launcher and it won't work with it! It freezes and kicks you out.
