CANNOT SIGN INTO APP. Email & Password is correct. Error message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this application AGAIN CAN'T GRAB TRIPS. New app is JUNK!!! I'm down to the *last second* and can't get the trip. This is RIDICULOUS!! Those with the clicker need to be removed and banned from the platform. Should only support ONE PHONE at a time. Period!! There are too many drivers, not enough trips to go around. This is just not cutting it anymore There has to be a better way.

Lack of customer support, nobody answers the phones. The chat support is a bot and will drive you nuts. I've arrived to two different jobs and sat around because nobody was assigned to the job... I've wasted more on fuel going to the pick up and going home then actually working... This app has really gone down hill the last 2 years.
