Slow and ineffiecent app takes a long time n sometimes log u out trying to go from one page to next like when reject a metro access call it freezes with blank n black screen .When trying to refresh it we get logged out.We are loosing with the meter at least 15% .Anther big problem is when metro Access try to pay $5.00 with credit card the system is charging them the whole fare from the meter like $18.00 if that is on the meter
