Not working well every two month logged me out need update and reset of password and still can't logged in again

Unfortunately, vezeeta for doctors has stopped". This is the message I always got when I login to the app. I installed all the updates, un-installed and fixed so many times. What should I do more? ?

I gave the application 3 stars not for the app it self but the way it handles the patients rating It gives the patient all the freedom in their comments and rating without any way to review either from the doctor or the site as if the application is run by robotics Also the patients whom book and don't come there should a way to minimize that
